The delivery time indicated begins after the order has been confirmed. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Items with differing delivery times are sent together. In such cases the longer delivery time applies.

From EUR 200 shipping is free. The required amount for free shipping is always measured in Euro, therefore when shopping using other currencies it depends on the current exchange rate.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an automatic mail from DHL or DHL EXPRESS with the tracking information for your parcel. Please note that we have no influence over customs processes or other processes that may delay delivery.
Due to the ongoing political situation, we are currently not able to deliver to Belarus and Russia. Thank you for your understanding.

Countries where our prices are including VAT: EU (Exceptions apply to the Canary Islands), Switzerland, Norway, UK (VAT included for orders not exceeding 135 GBP), Australia (VAT included for orders not exceeding 1.000 AUD).
Countries where our prices are excluding VAT: All other countries.
For countries outside the EU, customs duties and possibly other fees as well as costs of the transport companies in connection with customs may apply.
